Subscription Policy – ​​Komiko

1. Subscription structure

When you sign up for a Komiko subscription, you will receive your selected products delivered directly to your nearest DAO parcel shop. The subscription works as a recurring delivery service, where you will automatically have your products delivered at the interval you have chosen when signing up.

2. Renewal and payment

Your subscription will automatically renew at each delivery interval. Payment is due prior to each delivery. You will receive an order confirmation by email each time a new shipment is activated.

3. Changes and termination

You can change your delivery interval, update delivery information or cancel your subscription at any time via your account under My Subscription. Cancellation must be made no later than 7 days before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming delivery. If you cancel too late, one final delivery will be shipped and charged, after which the subscription will end.

4. Pause function

If you temporarily do not need your products, you can pause your subscription via My Subscription . During the pause, you will not be charged and no deliveries will be sent. You can reactivate your subscription at any time and it will then continue as before.

5. Delivery

All subscriptions are delivered to your nearest DAO parcel shop. If you wish to change your parcel shop, this can be done by contacting us at info@komiko.dk . Your first order is usually shipped within 1–2 business days after registration. After that, your products are shipped automatically according to the selected interval.

6. Price changes

We reserve the right to adjust the prices of subscriptions, for example due to changes in purchasing or shipping costs. You will be informed in good time of price changes via email. You have the option to cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

7. Returns and refunds

You have 14 days to cancel your order from the date of receipt of your first delivery, provided that the products are returned unused and in their original packaging . This is for hygiene reasons, as these are skin care products. To receive a full refund, all items in the delivery must be returned. Products that have been opened, used or damaged cannot be returned.
